Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our website to locate the products you wish to purchase. Add the item you wish to order and then “add to cart”. When you’re shopping is complete click “Process to Checkout” and click “Continue Checkout”.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Service, then you will see customer information page. This page lists all your orders. Type in your confirmation number: Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Where do I type in the promotion code at?
A: You can type in the promotion code number at check out.
